Shelley Gates D.N.P.

Born and raised in Evansville.

Received Master’s in Nursing in 1997 and completed training for Nurse Practitioner Certification in 1998 at the University of Southern Indiana.

Received Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2008.

Worked in local family practice office for 21 years prior to joining MediSphere Research Center in 2020.

Married to Dennis for 28 years. Mother of 3 boys and one puppy.

Active in our local church.

Enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and boating.

Can be frequently found at a baseball field watching youngest play ball.
